Welcome! I’m Katie.

I started my career in wellness in 2000, with the ambition and passion of helping individuals explore their health potential.  As my career and experience has progressed I have learned that health and wellness is strongly tied with all dimensions of wellness. Therefore, I work with clients to help provide health education, practical application and explore personal barriers to wellness by providing strategic and motivational wellness plans. My approach is based on my belief that there is not one solution to everyone’s health goals. Together, we will create a personalized roadmap to your ideal wellness using a series of educational, motivational, and accountability techniques.

My passions and specialties revolve around weight management, digestive health, heart health, functional nutrition, preventive health, and lifestyle and behavior change through education and health coaching.
